Fiscal customs clearance, otherwise known as the 4200 procedure, consists of the release for free circulation of goods with immediate export to another country of the European Union. In other words, the products are cleared in Poland upon arrival from China and then transported to the destination country. When using this form of clearance, the customer pays only customs duty in Poland and settles VAT in the destination country of transport.
