Real Logistics Group optimizes services by developing international partnerships

Often, logistics operators organizing cargo transport within the network of global supply chains carry out the tasks of delivering parcels from many countries on different continents. In such projects, good cooperation with foreign partners is crucial. It ensures punctuality and delivery security. Enterprises from the TSL industry cooperate within the international forwarding network and establish business relationships at global events such as logistics fairs. Thanks to good cooperation with foreign partners, Real Logistics Group can offer customers better transport services: shorter delivery times and lower transport costs.

Challenges of intermodal transportation and logistics operations

Intermodal transport characterizes a high degree of standardization and the use of the world’s uniform solutions. However, it frequently includes orders for goods transportation from distant countries with different customs regulations, product standards, digital technologies, etc. While organizing shipments from and to a foreign country, logistics operators sometimes decide to set up their branches abroad. Such a solution is profitable, but only in the case of countries with which trade is high. For example, Real Logistics Group has an office in China launched in 2020 in Chengdu. However, forwarders frequently organize international transport and rely on cooperation with trusted foreign partners.

Global Forwarders Networks

To facilitate the establishment of international cooperation, companies from the TSL industry from around the world have joined the global forwarders networks. The most influential organizations of this type include the Orange Logistics Organization (OLO) and JCtrans. These global forwarders networks provide platforms that deliver services for the logistics sector companies based on global alliances and a secure payment and settlement system. Thanks to them, forwarders can easily find a local partner with whom they will establish cooperation to carry out the order. Networks also organize international conferences, which are an opportunity to establish contacts and exchange experiences among companies from the TSL industry, transportation, and logistics in different countries. Representatives of Real Logistics Group participated in such events: the 12th edition of the Global Freight Forwarding Conference JCTrans and the Global Logistics Cooperation Conference organized by OLO, which took place in March.

Participation in Global Forwarders Networks

— Participation in global forwarders networks is a great help for companies organizing international transport of goods. It allows us to quickly find a trusted partner who will support us in a distant country in matters such as customs clearance or finding a carrier. This, in turn, translates into the timeliness and reliability of our services for customers, comments Andrzej Ignatowicz, branch manager at Real Logistics.

Real Logistics Group at Logistics Fairs

Fair events are of great importance for building international cooperation between logistics companies, as well as supporting innovation and the development of sustainable services. At the beginning of May, representatives participated in the Transport Logistic in Munich. It is the largest event of this type in Europe, held every two years, attended by logistics operators, carriers, infrastructure managers, and equipment suppliers and technology for the TSL industry. This year’s edition attended 65,000 people, including representatives of many Polish companies. Real Logistics Group prepared its stand at the Munich fair, a dozen, or so representatives of this company, with its president, Paweł Moskała, took part in the meetings.

Opportunities at Logistics Fairs

Participation in the logistics fair is an opportunity to develop international activities and optimize the offer. During such an event, representatives of logistics companies talk not only with potential customers but also with foreign partners and suppliers of IT tools, technologies, and services for the logistics sector. It is an opportunity to strengthen the company’s presence on international markets, build a network of cooperation within supply chains, as well as take a look at the latest trends and innovations in the industry. Thanks to which you can prepare more favorable offers for customers and adapt to new requirements for environmental protection or transport safety.

Optimization of logistics services

— Constant, dynamic changes characterize the logistics industry. Therefore, for companies from the TSL sector to develop international cooperation and exchange experiences is essential. During the fairs described above, we talk to dozens of people representing various industries and organizations. These conversations make it easier for us to develop our business and enter new markets. Participation in the fair also allows us to prepare for the upcoming changes and assess the usefulness of various technological innovations and new solutions in transport and logistics, which facilitates the creation of optimized and comprehensive services – comments Andrzej Ignatowicz.

Active Involvement for Optimized Supply Chains

The Real Logistics Group also participates in other events of this type, such as Transport Logistic China. It is the largest logistics fair in China – the world’s factory and the largest trading partner of the Polish operator. Representatives are also present at the TransLogistica fair, a smaller-scale annual event. Both involvements in industry events and participation in global forwarding networks allow operators such as Real Logistics Group to shape optimized supply chains actively to benefit shippers and the entire economy.
